Terms of Service - AI Whiteboard: Draw & Teach

            Welcome to AI Whiteboard: By downloading, installing, or using AI Whiteboard: Draw & Teach, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
        

1. Grant of License

Galaxy Space grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application solely for your personal, educational, or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Ownership of User Content

You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights to all vector drawings, notes, audio recordings, imported PDFs, diagrams, and media created or edited within the application.

Because AI Whiteboard operates 100% locally and offline on your device, we do not claim any ownership, license, or rights to your user content, nor do we store copies of your work on any remote servers.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application (except to the extent permitted by applicable law).
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the application.
Use the application in any unlawful manner or for any harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
Bypass or disable any security features of the software or your operating system.

4. On-Device AI & Tools Disclaimer

The application includes smart vector geometry recognition and on-device OCR powered by machine learning models. While designed for high precision, smart tools are provided "as-is" and may occasionally misinterpret irregular hand sketches or unreadable handwriting.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GALAXY SPACE OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA OR LESSON DRAWINGS ARISING FROM HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, SYSTEM CRASHES, OR ACCIDENTAL USER DELETION.
